Growth doesn't end — it just gets a new address. How to choose your next focus area without falling back into overwhelm.
Here's the beautiful problem with finishing this course: you're not done growing. Growth doesn't end — it just gets a new address. The trick is choosing the next one on purpose, instead of letting the next pile choose you.
So pick one focus area — health, home, work, relationships, money's next level, whatever's calling loudest. Just one. Remember Module 3: one thing, not ten. The whole method still applies: name the pile for that area, shrink the first task till it's silly, take the now-step.
And write down its very first now-step today — not tomorrow, today, while the momentum is warm. The mountain doesn't care when you start. But future you — the one looking back a year from now — will be so glad you started today.
