← Module 1: When It All Feels Like Too Much

Module 1 · Lesson 4 of 4

How This Course Works (and What It's Not)

How the now-steps work, what to expect from each module, and an honest word about what this course can and can't do for you.

By now you've done three now-steps, so you already understand the whole engine of this course: every lesson ends with one tiny, concrete action you can do today — not someday, not when things calm down, today. We call it your now-step, and it comes from the question at the heart of everything here: what can I do here in the now, and how do I accomplish this?

Each module has four short lessons — about five minutes each — and closes with one reflection question. There are no grades, no deadlines, and no falling behind. You can do one lesson a day, one a week, or binge a whole module on a Sunday with tea. It's yours.

And here's the honest part, because you deserve it straight: this course is lived experience, not a license. I'm someone who's been through the wringer and helped others through theirs — I'm not your therapist, your accountant, or your lawyer. If what you're facing needs a professional — a crisis, a legal fight, a medical issue — please go to one, and go today. This course will be right here when you get back, and the little steps will still work.

Your Now-Step

Read the kind note at the top of this module out loud, say “got it,” and you're in. That's your first now-step done.

A moment to reflect

What's the heaviest thing on your list right now — and what's the smallest piece of it you could touch today?

Private — these notes never leave your device.

“Learn your gifts.”
